Our adoption fees are based off of several factors that contribute to the overall cost of rescuing, rehabilitating, and rehoming a dog. First and foremost, our rescue prioritizes the health and well-being of the animals in our care. Before a dog is ready for adoption, we provide them with comprehensive veterinary care, including vaccinations, spaying/neutering, microchipping, and any necessary medical treatments. These expenses can quickly accumulate, especially for dogs requiring extensive medical attention or specialized care.
Additionally, we invest significant resources in ensuring the dogs receive proper nutrition, training, and socialization during their time with us. We also dedicate considerable efforts towards conducting behavioral assessments and matching each dog with the most suitable forever home, taking into account factors such as compatibility, lifestyle, and the dog's specific needs.
Furthermore, the adoption fee helps sustain our rescue organization and support our ongoing rescue efforts. It covers operational expenses, such as facility maintenance, staff salaries, utilities, and transportation. By charging a higher adoption fee, we can continue providing quality care to our dogs and maintain the necessary infrastructure to rescue, rehabilitate, and rehome more animals in the future.
It is important to note that while our adoption fee may be higher, it reflects the level of commitment, dedication, and resources we invest in every dog's well-being and successful adoption journey.
